A Regional Sales Manager in this role will be responsible for -
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive net-new business growth across the ASEAN region with focused countries such as Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. This is a pure hunter role designed for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in SaaS solutions sales. The ideal candidate thrives on acquiring new logos, has exceptional sales acumen, and brings a consultative approach to identifying customer challenges and presenting tailored solutions and at the same time work closely with the partner ecosystem to ensure sustainable growth of the business..
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Execution:
- Identify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities within the ASEAN region.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to target high-potential prospects in your territory.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through proactive pipeline management and disciplined deal progression.
2. Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Leverage a combination of cold outreach, social selling, events, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Partner with the partners & marketing team to maximize campaign success and drive demand generation efforts.
3. Solution Selling:
- Conduct compelling discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and requirements.
- Present the company's SaaS solutions with clarity, demonstrating tangible business value to C-level and decision-making stakeholders.
4. Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence and foster new connections.
- Collaborate closely with Distributors and Partners to strengthen relationships and drive mutual business growth.
5. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product) to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM, providing sales forecasts and reporting key metrics to leadership.
Requirements: Experience & Background:
- 8-10+ years of experience in a hunter sales role within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to close net-new logos and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Experience in selling into mid-market or enterprise-level organizations in the ASEAN region.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong sales acumen with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent prospecting and pipeline-building skills using modern sales tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win new business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or threat exposure management industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of the ASEAN market, including key verticals, trends, and competitors.
- Educational Background - BE/BTech in Engineering or Computer science graduate.
