What will a Sales Development Representative | US | MSSP | Outbound do?
SOCRadar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) – MSSP Focus to join our US team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and identifying opportunities to expand SOCRadar’s footprint within this critical partner ecosystem.
You will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building the sales pipeline, and helping MSSPs understand how SOCRadar can support their customers with advanced cyber threat intelligence.

Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Conduct initial qualification of MSSPs to assess alignment with SOCRadar’s target partner profile and value proposition.
Consultative Engagement: Communicate the features, benefits, and business value of SOCRadar’s platform to MSSP prospects, acting as a trusted advisor in early-stage conversations.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with MSSP decision-makers, including executives, technical leaders, and service delivery managers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and qualified MSSP opportunities.
Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers and Channel Managers to hand off qualified MSSP opportunities and align on strategic campaigns.
Market & MSSP Intelligence: Stay up to date on MSSP market trends, service models, and competitive offerings to effectively position SOCRadar.
Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and qualified opportunity targets within the MSSP ecosystem.
Continuous Learning: Build deep knowledge of SOCRadar’s platform and services, MSSP business models, and cybersecurity industry developments.
