What will the Senior Support Specialist do:

Support staff who meet all the requirements to solve the problems faced by our customers in the best way possible regarding our platform-based services we provide within the scope of Cyber Security Threat Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to technical support requests from customers through the Help desk application and providing solutions.
  • To identify platform-based problems and ensure follow-up by directing them to the relevant units for resolution
  • Conducting improvement analyses to ensure that service quality is improved, setting targets and ensuring their implementation
  • Managing the Help Desk application, Tracking and reporting SLA and OLA metrics
  • To ensure the preparation of necessary documents to improve service quality
  • Measuring and monitoring performance criteria (KPIs) to ensure that service quality is improved

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in cyber security or threat intelligence.
  • Having experience in Service Lifecycle Management (ITIL is a plus)
  • To have knowledge about basic cyber security concepts and threat intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills in customer service and technical support.
  • Problem solving skills and analytical thinking ability.
  • Teamwork and customer-oriented approach.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CEH) are preferred.
