You will be a part of the EMEA Sales team and will support the Sales cycle. You will have the locations which you will be working on directly, and will maintain the customers’ technical questions, technical support and will ensure all the needs are met. You will attend the meetings and will present directly to the end user and partners to explain products deeper. You will also maintain relationships with channel partners and the customers, and acting as a bridge between customers and SOCRadar team to solve their problems by engaging all points of the process.


  • Perform product trainings of SOCRadar platform to educate customers/partners of the services
  • Address technical questions of customers and channel partners, offer best practices and manage POC process
  • Work closely with the CAM to solve customers issues
  • Perform POC Q&A sessions
  • Research the assigned countries/locations and prepare use-case documents about the critical incidents in those regions
  • Respond to RFI's & RFP’s
  • Analyze customer incidents, to help CAM and partners to advice customers which additional service they might need
  • Handle global customer success
  • Prepare POV (Need Analysis reports) together with CAMs
