What will CTI Analyst (VTI Team) do

You will be responsible for managing the technical demands of the customers by using SOCRadar platform such as positive eliminations of the incidents, analyzing and explaining the findings on the platform to the customer, managing the elimination of customer's fake content, and throughout this whole process, you will be working closely together with our other relevant teams to follow up the relevant process. The position will involve essential duties and responsibilities that must continue to be performed during crisis situations and contingency operations, which may necessitate extended work hours.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate examination and filtering of cyber threat intelligence findings generated by the platform
  • Stay up-to-date in the evolving threat landscape.
  • Conduct platform-independent research in attack surface management and digital risk protection related to customers.
  • Address technical requests from corporate customers using our platform and conduct customer meetings.
  • Report and explain cyber threat intelligence findings generated by the platform to customers.
  • Facilitate the communication of customer requests to relevant departments within the company and track the process.
  • Analyze cyber threat intelligence findings generated by the platform and confirm the accuracy of findings from various sources.
  • Prepare technical content on requested topics, write reports and blogs.
  • Write scripts to automate routine tasks when necessary.
  • Set up environments for verification when a zero-day or significant vulnerability is identified for requesting customers.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.
    • Preferably graduated from universities in Computer Science, Electronics Communication, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related engineering departments (open to graduates from other self-improvement fields as well).
    • Familiar with OSINT concepts.
    • Knowledgeable in TCP/IP, web, and network security.
    • Possesses knowledge/experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment, actively participated in penetration tests.
    • Has a technical level of English proficiency.
    • Values reporting and documentation.
    • Experienced in installing, running, or writing tools on Unix systems.
    • Proficient in virtualization concepts.
    • Basic-level knowledge of malware is a preferred qualification.
    • Strong in task management, proactive mindset.
    • Possesses strong analytical skills, can effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Able to keep up with a demanding work pace, cooperative in team efforts, open to learning, excellent in communication and coordination skills, self-motivated.
